Leading Edge has staff with life-time experience in conducting professional improvement courses designed to improve a company's engineering efficiency. Three of these courses are summarized below.

GROUP PROBLEM SOLVING
Demonstrates the process of simultaneously utilizing the appropriate talents in engineering, manufacturing, marketing, the support organizations, and "outside" participants (subcontractors, suppliers,and custmers) through the entire product development effort reducing development time, obtaining higher quality, reducing costs and virtually eliminating prototypes.

CONFIGURATION MANAGEMENT
Addresses the establishment of product configuration, document tree, document access control, docurment release controll, design review, change control, archiving, and training to asure products conform to the proper specifications and programs must not be repeated because analyses or test results connot be found.

SYSTEM INTEGRATION

Focuses attention on the engineering processes being used and how they can be greatly improved to control costs, increase efficiency, and help produce the products wanted by the customer in minimum time avoiding wasted efforts that erode profits.
Detailed course outlines are available upon request. Leading Edge will provide all materials and can schedule these courses during normal office hours, after hours, or any combination thereof. Courses typically require about 20 to 25 hours of class time. A major effort is made to select real, current projects of interest to the client to demonstrate the various concepts.
